With our standard website builds, we will maintain and host a website for 12 months.
At the end of the 12-month contract, you can choose to renew their maintenance/hosting agreement or transfer out to a hosting service of their choice.

MAINTENANCE

You will receive access to our technical support team for maintenance requests and 1 hour of maintenance per month. This can be used multiple ways such as installing a new plug-in, adding a new feature, or requesting new page content.
Accrued hours do not expire and can roll over to the next month. Hours can be borrowed from the following month only.
If more maintenance hours are needed, please request a custom quote from the website team.

NOTE: Maintenance requests that exceed the accrued hours can be quoted as desired

With 99.95% uptime, we provide secure, managed website hosting.
We monitor the client’s website 24/7 to ensure it is functional, reliable and available to website users.

WORDPRESS CORE AND PLUG-IN UPDATES

We ensure your site is as up-to-date and secure as possible by performing periodic updates to the website’s WordPress core and to all installed plug-ins.

WEBSITE BACKUPS

Backups are consistently made to your website. We are able to retrieve any lost data or website updates at any given time.
